Fire manip, earth manip, electricty manip and skill in martial arts is too much for GD.

Spear advantage? That's not a thing. With martial arts, Charmeleon will know the most effective places to hit, and can simply dissarm GD.

I voted for Charmeleon, and part of my reasoning was it's martial arts capabilities. You said that it's martial arts are useless, as GD has a "spear advantage." I debunked said claim, and you said that the vote still stands. That doesn't make any sense.
