Wait, Undertale monsters have thier souls like one with thier bodies, that why when a monster body destroyed, his soul get destroyed too and thier soul get absorbed, they body get absorbed too, that why I am not sure if the body swap will really work like it normally do

Not to mention Chariot Requiem also has what is effectively mind control for souls, its why he can control Stands and Stand users. What you're arguing is essentially complete suicide for Sans, he wouldn't even be able to willingly attack Requiem.
