Characters without a Vs Battles character page

Can I post a Vs topic involving a character without a character page in the wiki Vs a character that has one? Or should I request a character page of the said character before making a Vs topic? Thank you in advance.

There's no mechanism for it, just make the page yourself, while making sure you don't break wiki standards for filemaking

But the thing is I'm not knowledgeable on how you guys scale characters, I'm familiar with making respect threads but seeing VS Battles is different in assessing feats/abilities/powers I think i don't have the necessary know-how to make the profile myself, so I'm asking if there's another way to make a profile page for a character.

Tell you what, make a respect thread for the character and send me that over on my wall, and I'll make a profile off that.
