Shouldn't Super Buu be at least High 3-A because Buu screaming was going to crush the infinite universe 7 with different dimensions and eventually he's able to harness this power? Even so, Super Vegito was able to Overpower him unbelievably easily making him at least High 3-A as well and possibly Low 2-C?
