Character profile creation

Hi, I wanted to make this thread to consult regarding the creation of character profiles.
I want to add a character to the wiki (local writer character), but I'm pretty new to this and so I'm very disoriented. I mainly want to know where I'm supposed to (if I can) post the character profile, and how.

I know you've already answered things like this many times, so I apologize for the inconvenience and my English.

I recommend that when you want to create a character profile, make it on the userblog first. In userblog you can correct what is wrong first.
Then when the character profile you created is really ready and there are no errors in writing, then upload it as an "article"
