that's a statement that is based on your own personal observations and no real evidence. Being an idea isn't being a concept. Zeno is also 4D so that isn't a problem to him either way.

Chara's profile says nothing about them being a living concept (If you disagree you should probably make a CRT) and Zeno along with every DBS top tier can easily destroy 4-D beings and dimensions, considering he casually erased Infinite Zamasu, a being who was becoming one with the universe, overriding it's very laws and order, it was also stated in an official artbook that he was also becoming pure will. 1. Chara profile have no HDE, he is not 4D being, he is 3D being with 4D power
2. No AE1 or anything like that on his profile
