Uh, pretty sure the universe being actually nuked would kill Sakuya. She doesn't have self-sustenance, and just because she can do it I doubt she has the ability to survive her timeline of origin being erased.

Chara already survived erasing all of time, erasing a small portion won't really matter.

And that's assuming she can even do so before the universe gets wiped alongside her.
