Why are the chaos gods 3-C outside the warp for having influence over a galactic range? It's galactic in range but not in strength. Pretty sure outside the warp (while restricted) they should be 4-A.

Chaos Gods outside the warp downgrade

Would love some information on this. As familiar as I am with 40K, I'm not as knowledgable on the Gods as I should be.

This is correct. Restricted Chaos Gods' influence outside of the Warp should likely be 4-A or "At least 4-A" in terms of raw power, since the Warp can randomly swallow entire sectors of the galaxy (composed of numerous solar systems) and the Warp's influence clashing with the Astronomicon has essentially turned a huge portion of the galaxy into a dead zone. Their restricted range outside the Warp should likely be galactic, with unrestricted likely being multiversal based on statements of influence for characters such as Tzeentch.
