I’m curious about the mechanics of Changing the Spacetime coordinate of a dimension that’s at least the size of a solar system. Would such a change impact a character's rating?

Changing Spacetime Coordinates

A character was able to visit another dimension that existed outside the main dimension by accessing its specific spacetime coordinates. However, after leaving that dimension and attempting to return, they discovered that the spacetime coordinates had changed. This implies that the x, y, and z coordinates, which define the spatial location, and t, which define the time of the event, had been altered, effectively shifting the dimension to a different region.

Uhh if the dimension itself was completely moved somewhere else it would mean the (probably insignificant) 5th axis is what changed, not the x, y, z, or t axis.
In that case it would depend on the method this was achieved and could either be hax or if done through physical and similar means a Low 2-C AP feat.
