Given the information from the Manga and Light Novel routes of Kagerou Daze, I feel like some edits should be made concerning the Concealing, Opening, and Retaining eyes.
1. Concealing: Azami told Kido when they met in the Kagerou Daze that the Concealing Eyes can also be used to conceal memories. Both she and Mary have also used it to conceal outside information from reaching a person's mind. Mary used this power when she talked with the Snake of Clearing Eyes in Manga Route 2 to conceal their surroundings, making it appear like they were in a white void. Azami meanwhile used the Concealing Eyes to completely conceal the Snake of Clearing Eyes's senses in the Light Novel Route to the extent that the snake was no longer capable of recognizing sound, light or even it's heartbeat (though Clearing Eyes managed to use the Awakening Eyes power it had taken to eventually overcome this).
2. Opening: In the Light Novel Route, Azami mentions that this power allows her to move around with only her soul, allowing her to manifest within the Daze and speak to Kido. (Note: In the official English translation she says she is using the Awakening Eyes, but she later mentions that she hasn't been able to hold on to any of her abilities since she entered the Daze except the Opening Eyes which she only has the barest hold on. Given this and the abilities generally associated with the Awakening and Opening Eyes, it seems likely that this is a mistranslation.)
3. Retaining Eyes: Mary makes this power using Ayano's life in Manga Route 2. As such, it is unclear if Azami has any access to this power. Given the fact that this happens many loops before the Anime Route, I feel that if Azami did have access to this power she wouldn't have been tricked into creating the Daze in each subsequent loop, indicating that she doesn't have it.
