This realistically makes sense. But I remember, he is or was a Fullbringer, but it's too "conflicting" and leads to editing over and over again, so this is quite fine.

No, his badge never suppress his power, it is the quincy zangetsu who do that.

I asked some of the other Fullbringers to give some back to you, and I enhanced it with my own Reiatsu, and I asked Chad to give some of his reiatsu as well. You're lucky Ichigo."
