Chair-sama vs Yoruichi's booty

So guys, I was trying to think of who's the most powerful Bleach character, and this match came to mind, I really can't tell who would win, so I'm here to ask you guys!

I'll tell you. It's inconclusive. Since Chair-Sama is defeated by Aizen, yet Aizen is defeated by Yoruichi's booty, it would seem to be that Chair-Sama<Booty. However, Booty would KO a person, Chair sama is a chair.

I see, I thought that may be the case, by the way since Yoruichi's booty is a one glance kill, does that mean it won't work against chair-sama since it doesn't have eyes?
