Leaning towards stalemate. Cell is way faster, but can't actually kill 682. 682 is more durable, but I don't think it could get around Cell's regen or tag him.

Most likely going to be a stalemate since Cell can't kill 682. However it's unlikely that 682 would be able to tag him plus Super Perfect Cell also has instant transmission.

I have no idea. I dont know what these SCPs are. just throwing ideas out there. but what if Cell BFRs him with instant transmission, throw him into space and come back

I think Cell is only Large Planet+ because I do not believe in Cell's statement in any way, and due to the fact DBZ is only barely Small Star via feats- from Kid Buu, no less. A being far above Cell.Hyperception said:

I think SCP can take this. Cell is very powerful indeed, whether or not you believe that he can destroy universes or any other BS. But 682's kinda beyond that. This is a mosnter that can even adapt to reality bending powers. Hell one time, SCP 862 tried to erase 682 from existence but failed.

I don't think that Cell's ki attacks and melee attacks will affect 682. SCP is already immune to energy based attacks and attacking him physically would do nothing. In base form 682 himself won't be fast enough or strong enough to match Cell, but if he's allowed to go to his Chthulthian form (which basically can destroy all life), he might just destroy Cell.

Cell would either with hsi Speed just absorb him and get stronger or he perfoms a Genkidama would that be strong enough to take SCP out ?? just throwing out since i know nothing about that Rat thingy

Possibly. He normally only has superhuman speed but he was able to adapt to match 096, who can reach Hypersonic speeds

Ok then, I'd say 682 has this. He just keeps getting beat up and keeps evolving to the point where he can destroy Cell. Either that or stalemate because there is no conceivable way in hell Cell can kill 682. The thing can literally die and revive at will.
