Cell Games Across The Multiverse | Cell vs Sonic

I think Sonic's small size + greater agility + greater skill + greater reactions + speed amps means Cell literally won't land a single hit on Sonic. I think Sonic will attack Cell while running metaphorical and literal circles around him, peppering him with an AP advantage that would inevitably result in Cell demonstrating his regeneration. Sonic see's he's unable to kill Cell by conventional means, then resorts to sealing him away.
