Celestialsapiens have Conceptual Manipulation?

In Ben 10 wiki stated that "Celestialsapiens cannot manipulate mana directly. They would have to alter the universe to change the nature of mana first."

In Ben 10 Alien Force Season 1 Episode 13 at 19:13 Serena stated that she and Bellicus "Changed the very nature of space and time."

It means that they changed the concept of mana, and concept of space and time itself.

Would this be count at Conceptual Manipulation?

Sounds like Conceptual Manipulation to me, due to the words "The very nature".

The very nature is means the "very first of nature of somethings that they have when they're was born/created".

So, I think "the very nature" is means "concept".

If she said that she and Bellicus "Changed the very nature of space and time", I think is clearly a Conceptual Manipulation.

And? I can manipulate space-time as I please, turning it into something that behaves completely differently, but this doesn't means at all that I manipulated the concept of space-time
