Lucifer can't interact with CaS because of AE type 1 stuff. Meaning CaS can attack him but the other won't even be able to touch him. So it's just a one sided fight essentially.

Uh.... I will be honest, DC's scaling at this level is a mess. Hard to say tbh.
I plan to fix it one day but requires a lot of time. And also waiting for cosmology downgrade cause it will be easier then.
