Because as we see he doesn't really compare to the speeds of a average human as Ink bendy or cartoon bendy
Beast bendy is only one who should be athletic human

He should be below average human
In his two first keys

His travel: speed he does get stuck in the but as we Henry outpaces him the whole time

And to spare time I'll just say up until 2:00 minutes is enough time to see bendy couldn't really gain on Henry

It says he can outpace Henry which he can't as shown by the video in the OP
It also says that he can match other ink creatures in combat and said ink creatures aren't as fast as athletic human.
We also see him running in Boris and the dark survival with a more clear view and he is running at a below average speed
Beast bendy should be athletic human tho
