I was going to do a stealth match, but 47 is more OG.

Conditions: SBA, CJ has 15 years of prep & has prior knowledge of everything about 47 at the beginning of the prep. CJ's first attack hits 47. 9-B versions only.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that 47 skill stomps, but the other person who says it first gets their name in the title!1!1!1!11!!! I just want this thread to be concluded by valid reasoning by another person.

I mean, 47 has all the advantages, though i edited in the OP to make sure this isn't going to be uninteresting & he now has full knowledge of 47.
