IIRC, Carol is over 6 kilofoe while Billy is like 1 kilofoe. So, how does he have better strength and durability?

Billy has consistently been shown on the same level if not above the likes of Superman and Lobo. (Minus that one time where he equipped himself with Zeus' magic).


Plus he can increase his power momentarily with magic. here with Zeus' magic punches someone so hard here creates a black hole of sort:

Has pretty good regen too as well can travel back in time.i still stand by what I said earlier

Being on par with Superman just means he's around that 1 kilofoe level and he's certainly not above him in power. He's not gonna breach an over 6x gap in their respective levels of power. Mid level regen is not so much an advantage at that point as it's compensating for the difference in their levels of power. Time Travel's nice but it's not a go-to combat move for him and he's going to have be able to even be able to take advantage of it. Not too mention that Carol can immediately knock Billy out if she gets her hands on him.

So Carol is 6x stronger can absorb magic and can increase her strength also has the skill advantage.

Billy has lifting strength( won't matter here) and can find out Carol powers but he still can't do anything to her.
