Both are quite similar. Both fly, have similar stats and their usual strat is punching, with little to no hacks.

Yamcha, however, is a better martial artist, has greater range using Ki Attacks and can create Afterimages (according to profile, I dont remember him doing it in the manga/anime).

He is more versatile. Its quite a even match, but due to skill and Ki attacks, I give it to Yamcha after quite the fight.
