Interstellar Range for Characters who downscale from Palpatine but upscale Kylo Ren
In the Finale for Star Wars Resistance, Kylo Ren used the Force to almost make Commander Pyre and Agent Tierny shoot each other, and used Force Choke to murder Tierny later in the episode after her failure. (Source: Star Wars Resistance Season 2 Episode 18 & 19 THE ESCAPE). The episode makes it clear Kylo Ren is a far distance from Tierny, so I'm proposing an Interstellar Range via Force Powers upgrade for those who downscale from Palpatine but upscale Kylo Ren.

Force Dyad addition to The Force (Canon)
A Force Dyad is a bondage of two Force-sensitive beings that was unbreakable, and made them one in The Force. The power of a dyad used the strength of life itself, and individuals who formed a dyad shared a connection across space and time.

• High-Low Regeneration (The Dyad regenerated Palpatine's severed fingers in seconds) (Source: Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker)
• Teleportation and Limited Space-Time Manipulation (Teleportation of Objects, and Interaction across Space-Time: Rey used a teleportation ability to give Kylo Ren a lightsaber out of thin air. The Dyad allows users to pass physical objects through time and space in an instant. Despite being lightyears from Ahch-To onboard The Supremacy, Kylo Ren's gloves were wet from a small wave. Vader was able to physically interact with and rip open the portal to another dimension. Later on, Vader was able to briefly hold the portal still in the Force, until he was distracted.) Mindscape Vader Key

• Incorporeality and Intangibility (Upon passing into the Dark Dimension, Vader's spirit exited his physical body)
• Weapon Creation (Created two blades to fight the Jedi)

• Limited Time Travel (While in the Dark Dimension, Vader he walked through key moments in his life)

It's not time travel. Since it's Vader's mindscape, the place is showing his memories. And it's also worth noting that, unlike the World Between Worlds, where actually changing space-time is possible, that sequence of events is just an illusion.

I don't even know if we can create a key for Vader's Mindscape, because that's him mentally. And all that sequence inside the place are memories, an illusion created for Vader's mindscape.

It's not time travel. Since it's Vader's mindscape, the place is showing his memories. And it's also worth noting that, unlike the World Between Worlds, where actually changing space-time is possible, that sequence of events is just an illusion.

I think everything's fine.

Just one thing. You can update the Force Dyad's stuff on the Force page. Then, on Sidius, Rey, and Kylo's profiles, you can just add that.

• Force sensitive (Jedi)
  • Force Lightning (Demonstrated here) and Force Healing (Demonstrated here), Force Dyad

And link the thing.

Same thing for dark side powers. Put it in Force Powers and in the force sensitive section (probably in that Jedi area? Under the succumbing to the dark side part)
