Can zoro kill demon king tanjiro?

Alright a lot of people may look at this and think "wow what a f*cking idiot" but I'm genuinely curious
I know zoro is way faster and stronger than him he is also way more skilled than any DS character but as far as I know he doesn't have any cell disintegration feats

He may cut him to peices but that won't kill him

Also please don't kill me I really just want to know

I'm really serious here I never said he is totally immortal as long as all his cells are destroyed he will die

But can zoro destroy all his cells and kill him?
