Can you get Distance through difference in Degrees?

Like the title suggests, could there be a way to get the estimated size of an object from a point of view somewhere in between what is known in distance?

Example you got a distance to Saturn from it's rings as 30122 km from these values:
  • degrees = 123.78 degrees
  • image height = 356 px
  • Saturn in image = 951.79 px = 112,801.46 km
And then you got values for the size of the object in between distance
  • Object height = 327.14 px
  • degrees = 65.52 degrees
  • image height = 356 px
Would using ratio difference lead to anything meaningful?

While adding onto it, would the degrees decrease the more an object in distance is closer to the viewer?
