So imagine there's a verse. This verse was stated to have 30 dimensions. The 14th dimension is shown and stated to have a qualitative superiority over the 13th dimension.

In this case, can we say because the 14th dimension has R>f over the 13th, all dimensions in the verse have qualitative superiorities over their lower dimensions? Or does a qualitative superiority have to be mentioned specifically for each dimension? Would the verse be 1-B or Low 1-C?

well as always it depends on context, i mean imagine if we get to know later on that not all 30 dimensions are spatial dimensions or smth liek that
but imo it would be 1-b, best case scenario would be that,,,,im pretty sure some verses had same approach

if the 15th dimension has a similar relationship with the 14th (and so on for every other dimension) but there is no statement for those then the verse is probably 1-B in my opinion

Depends on how exactly the verse explains stuff. If the 14 dimensional space is above the 13 dimensional space for reasons that have nothing to do with dimensions, then no. You mentioned reality-fiction for instance. That reason does not have much to do with dimensional numbers.
If, on the other hand, the superiority is explained to relate to dimensions then it might be possible to generalize that.
