So like, there is a panel where the explosion occurs on the horizon (i.e, we can't see anything beyond the explosion), can it be measured in this method then?
If the blast happens on the horizon (as in, the epicenter of the explosion is on the horizon), then you could calculate the distance from the horizon and then angsize the size of the blast from there
