Can Versus Thread Starters vote in own threads?

Basically the title, important for future versus threads.
For instance there is pretty much stated that thread starters can do that.

At same time it's pretty much common on wiki for Thread Starters to not vote and wait for other votes otherwise.

So the question is basically what to choose.

Maybe if possible would be good to note that it's allowed (or not allowed) for thread starters to vote in own threads, in Versus Thread rules.

What DDM said, basically.

There are no rules persay that says OPs can't vote in their own threads, but it is looked down upon as seeming to be biased.

Giving arguments for the debate is fine, however. Just not the straight up votes.
