A character with Type 5 Acausality could potentially be affected by a character with Conceptual Manipulation Type 1 if the concept being manipulated is one that the acausal character inherently participates in

but the aca 5 description says this
"this only extends to as far as evidence shows and not to things beyond its feats."
ACA 5 is independent of all cause-and-effect principles. In order to interact with these characters, the series usually requires someone to have ACA5 or be aca 5 neg.
However, if cm1 is strong, it can affect

Being completely independent from causality actually doesn't get you anywhere, it's only uninteractable because obviously you can't interact with them but if there is a hax that effects the reality instead of the user itself?

Like the acausality type 5 description, iirc it was already discussed and it would be a specific case whether causality > metaphysical aspects or the opposite. If it's the opposite well it's obvious, any other metaphysical aspects could effects the acausality type 5 user.

It's funny, you misunderstood, even a character who is inside or outside the causal system can't affect aca5

It depends on whether the concept in question participates in the concept of causality, or causality in general. It also depends on how exactly the concept interacted with the Acausal Character in question.

Should be able to if the CM is actually like altering a concept they participate in. An Acausality type 5 character should still participate under a concept otherwise asserting they can survive the destruction of their concept is basically a NLF.

Although I heard Ultima is planning to completely remove acausality type 5 or reserve it only for tier 0 characters.
