Can plot hax stop a character from having transduality type 2/3

Btw it is possible, that plot Manipulation is one of the strongest haxes, the user can override almost every ability he wants, hypothetically.
But it's not necessarily that every plot Manipulation user can do that unless it's provided on what extent the plot Manipulation can go.

This is for TD2 in general
If a characters has TD2 however the dualities within their verses do not establish a dual system involving concepts, information, narrative, causality, etc.
Then are those Hax capable of affecting the TD2?
Is it required / necessary for the TD2 to outline that those abilities exists within the verses dual systems to get the resistances or are those resistances given by default without the need to establish them?
