Can Non 1-A objects exist on 1-A plane?

I do am aware about how non 1-A being can exists on 1-A plane with the help of another 1-A being but there also should be some sort of physiology change for non 1-A beings to exist on 1-A plane.
But what about objects?
lets say a 1-A being wants to transfer a 10 meter cube of room to the 1-A plane or just creates that room there.
and a room with the dimension of 10*10*10 meter actually exists on that plane with no changes about it's dimension or the composition, does that disqualify that plane from being 1-A?

As long as a 1-A Being is responsible for it, it's fine.

yeah I see it like a box
1-A is the box, and the object is the ball which we put in the box.
