Can I create a blog as if it were a character page?

Posso criar um blog como se fosse uma página de personagem, mesmo que o personagem já tenha página? com cáuculos/status mais atualizados ou com minhas observações de certas coisas.

Eu queria fazer isso para deixar certas coisas sobre um personagem que não foram levadas em conta ou observadas. Vou pesquisar como fazer uma página de personagem e tentar, mas quero saber primeiro se é permitido.
