Guess i'll list the advantages and disadvantages

Nuggies

+Unlikely that Goku would target him, as it's not in Goku's interest to target people who aren't of a matching strength

+Many of his pokémons (inculding his starting Pikachu) have access to move which can handicap Goku via Paralysis, Freeze, Flinching which Goku seemingly doesn't resist

+Nugs' pokémon have a constant AP advantage even if Goku does activate Kaio-Ken (albeit it becomes nearly nothing)

+Has many items to either boost or heal his pokémon

+Kiao-Ken could eventually exhaust Goku

-Over all less skilled than Goku

Goku

+Can basically negate the AP advantage via Kiao-Ken

+Pressure Points are a good way to deal with Nugs's pokémons

+Superior fighting skills

+Flight allows for better battlefield control against half of Nuggies's team

-Doesn't resist the various effects Nuggies's team can put on him

-No way to heal off excessive damage

-Kaio-Ken could eventually exhaust him

-His personality would make it unlikely he'd ever target Nuggies himself as he can sense his battle energy
