Can be this classified as LS?

Parrying wouldn't count as a lifting strength feat. If they had an extended clash/power struggle then it would. This is just durability and attack potency for knocking the hammer away.

Slightly off topic, but by parrying not counting for LS, do you mean this specific case or in general?
 
In this specific case. I'd imagine in most scenarios as well but you'd have to decide on a case-by-case basis.
