Can Amped increase lifting strength?

I saw that you can make a character at a higher level through Amped, which is applied in AP, Tier, and SS, but why is it not applied in LS? Why is it not applied to even though it is also a strength? I found one character to whom this applies, namely Saitama, as he obtained a higher level in LS by amped.

Yes, amps can be used to increase lifting strength. It just depends on what the ability is specifically boosting.
