Can a Star Level+ Character hold their own in a fight with a Large Star Level Character?

I was asking this because I want to set up a fight that I think would be cool, but I need to know if the fight won't be a stomp because of the AP difference.

The Characters I wanted to fight were:

-Cthulhu

vs

-The Batter

Can somebody tell me if this stomp match before I post it

Not really, The Batter has resistance to Mind Manipulation
