Hello everyone. I have a question regarding the relationship between a character's Tier and their Range.
Is it possible for a character to have a Range that exceeds their own Tier or dimensionality? For example, could a Tier 1-A character potentially have High Outerverse/Boundless Range?
And more generally, I'm curious about whether there are any established rules or precedents for characters having a Range that's higher than what their Tier might suggest.
I apologize if this has been addressed somewhere in the wiki or forums; if so, it may have gone over my head, and I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
My current thinking is that Range and Tier should generally align. Thanks in advance.
