can a character have AE type 1 and AE type 2 at the same time on a profile

I suppose so, it should simply be disconnected from each other, such as information-based Type 1 AE but also being connected to the concept of chaos

i have never seen a profile on here that has type 1 and 2 at the same time

I think it's possible with abstractions who have avatars. Though I imagine AE1 and AE2 would be found in a separate key in the same page for that hypothetical character

Definitely yes.
For example : Demons and Angels in the Tensura Web Novel have Non-Combat Applicable AE Type 2 and AE Type 1. (Although the profiles are not fully up to date.)
Demons and Angels are Type 3 Conceptual beings. They can also produce their own individual Type 3 Concepts as long as the Type 1 Concept of Darkness/Light (Great Spirit of Darkness/Light) exists, but this takes a very long time.
You don't actually need anything specific like that. Abstract Existence Type 1 characters by creating their own Avatars/Physical Bodies. Avatars/Physical Bodies can have AE Type 2 for and AE Type 1 for true form.
For example: Oblivion (Marvel Comics).
