There's.... a lot more to a black hole than "it'll suck up everything". And I really doubt any creator is thinking about how light won't be able to escape, specifically, when mentioning it'd "devour all creation".

Worked against the salvation lightnings that are faster than divine speed at its maximum (which was said to be very close to the speed of light), off which many characters use light attacks and others in the speed of light, (Athena in SnC has attacks in the speed of light, even Achilles was said to have a speed that could be that of light, and he was only a hero). And that is just his opinion, according to the author the gravitational attraction of the attacks is capable of attracting anything and are directly compared to black holes, and if we put in this everything attacks already existing on the verse, will include more than one that has speed of light.

Then perhaps include that? "Devouring everything" is not an implicitly full explanation of "oh yes, this would even absorb light like a real black hole would".

This doesn't change the fact that, as far as I am aware, you need more than that to fall under Black Hole creation. Gravity and Black Holes are pretty well known an intertwined terms by authors... but not any of the other, finer points about them.

Did it distort light around it? Was it interacted with physically? Destroyed, or just evaded? Did it actually pull attacks towards it or just absorb them? Anything aboout space time being affected? An Event Zone, which is the most telling factor?

Just remember that even in the EX continues with feats and quotations of such levels, but will say that they are Outlier and Hyperboles, so it does not matter.

I think Voban's Blade Gordion is really interesting... the ability to kill/destroy that which should not be destroyed?

I wonder how that would fare against the likes of Tiamat from Fate/Grand Order
