Calling 40K Fans: Harlequins? Solitaires?

So, do you think we have enough information to create a page for the Harlequins and their various forces?

I'm considering taking some time in the near future to try and compile enough info. While I consider that to be easy enough, if a little time consuming, one thing intimdates me and prompts me to ask this question: the Soliatires.

While I understand them for the most part, I can't truly say what they are, or, at least, how to regard them. They're exact powers, are they some form of Blank (they apparaently don't have souls and psychic powers find it hard to affect them), how powerful they can be, etc.

I really need to sleep, but from what I know of thr soullessness thing it's that they've already essentially sacrificed themselves to slaanesh, making things that's affect their presence in the warp not work too well. I don't think they were like Culexus assassins where their presence causes bad things to happen to everyone's heada though, people were scared of them for regular reasons.
