Does a minor characters Feats that have been calculated need an calc admin/mod approval before publishing? Even if the character is close to irrevelant and not known?

Calculations must be approved before use, yes. A profile doesn't need specific approval to be made but if you're unfamiliar with the ins and outs of profile creation, it may be wise to show it to someone more experienced first to be proofread.

well, I just wondering since I saw some profiles with calculations that haven't been accepted.

Such is either an error/misstep, or a strange scenario where a calc group member vocalized acceptance away from the blog (which they aren't supposed to do, but it still happens).
