I can't agree with Supernatural Willpower unless the proile would prove for anyone who reads it that his will is superhuman and what he did he couldn't have done w/o a superhuman will. Nothing already said here proves that.

We don't know if it scales that way and 3 Jedi doing it makes it mind trick "3x as strong" rather than simply "better". It was stated to work on the weak-minded, that's not the same as willpower, but some unknown strength of mind that could be intelligence or the capacity for it. In this case, a mind trick 3x as strong couldn't do it even after some time.
We know that having strong willpower is what lets you resist mind tricks.
Therefore, Cad Bane's willpower must be at least 3x stronger than most humans.
