Huh, this seems like a tough match. Byleth Eisner major issue is that his Attack Potency is like possibly High-6C with a possibly large Island durability. It feel uncertain.

However, he is still way,way faster than the Raiden Shogun at FLT speeds. Like possibly speed blitz Level. However, his uncertain AP.

How far does his portals reach. Like can they teleport him out an Island Splitting Slash?

What is his greatest stamina feat ?

Why is his AP and Dura uncertain? Is it because he has not shown similar feats and is he not showing such feats due to readons like he didn't have to fight at full powerful?

There is review going around for a Downgrade of Raiden from High 6-C to 6C.

So their AP should be similar at 4.09 Gigaton (I am not reading that wrong right) and 6 Gigatons.

I am bringing @Nehz_XZX in since they are more knowledgeable. And I am not sure if the downgraded Raiden would be accepted

However, I will be voting for Byleth primarily dude to the fact that he is FTL compared to MHS+ Raiden. He could also escape from The Plane of Euthymia( The place were the time stop thing happened) since he can create portals from the dark void). Since, he does not wield a vision he would be immune to Raiden's Vision Hunt Decree.

His Hax, Divine Pulse is also interesting. He potentially has 13 chances to live after he had died. However, Raiden was able to fight the Shogun for 500 years and win.
