I might go for Scourge here due to his overall ruthlessness (and because Blaze won't make him job lol), but I wanna know if Blaze uses BFR in-character/often or not.

If Scourge doesn't have a way to return from it, Blaze could BFR and be done with it.

If she uses it in-character, I vote for her. If not, I vote Scourge via ruthlessness and skill (like being able to beat the crap out of Sonic).

"At least Multiversal+" range makes BFR useless. That's more useful against non-Archie 2-As.

It'll go down to brute force.

I mean Scourge being able to do that isn't from skill but being overall stronger than him in general. That said I'll come back to this.

This battle's actually more tricky than I thought. Neither seem really capable of beating down the other as they have identical AP, share the same hax, share Resistances to said hax, and most of their exclusive hax won't work here. All I can really say for Scourge is that he's a dirty fighter, which won't make much of a difference here. If Scourge was actually shown to have more of Sonic's hax, and not just presumably, he would take it.

Hold the phone, I just remembered something. The transformations don't last forever but Scourge's is noted to drain him of strength once he exits his. Blaze doesn't have that weakness. So, wouldn't they just duke it out until they both depower, and Blaze would be free to go to town on Scourge.
