Mega Bull Shark with Shadow Upgrades and Corrupted Giant Shark are being used, speed is equalized, the fight takes place in the Bull Shark's home biome of Port Clovis and the Bull Shark has Prior Knowledge on the Giant Shark's Death Manipulation.

Bull Shark : 7

Giant Shark :

Mega Bull scales well above at least 0.717 tonnes, Giant Shark is comparable to some other D&D guy that places it at 0.57 tons, so the Mega Bull Shark has a slight but pretty notable stat advantage. Speed is equalized but the Shadow upgrades grant the Mega Bull Shark a slight boost if necessary, and with prior knowledge on the Giant Shark's Death Manip and far superior intelligence, it can use that boost to dodge around and lethally wound the smaller shark, and weakening it with its poison abilities.

I favor the Mega Bull Shark here more often than not.

Don't ignore how the Corrupted Shark has passive mind damage from being in range of it as well as a significantly higher LS Rating along with Martial Arts on a technicality.

Even if the Bull Shark didn't have prior knowledge, there's a chance she could just wear off Bite's exhaustion by eating, considering she never sleeps and heals when doing so.
