Good lord this profile is outdated, so it's a good thing I'm here to fix it.
First of all, we have two calcs that were made ages ago that the Bull Shark scales to being this and this. The first one scales to the Shark's soon to be added Truth Quest Key which gains a lot of Radiation Manipulation but I don't feel like adding that yet so let's just fix her AP and intelligence for now. The second calc scales to the Shark's current last key as it directly no-sold it as shown in at the very beginning of Truth Quest.
Now let's talk about intelligence, something which is severely downplayed on her profile. The Bull Shark is blatantly human level in intelligence as she quickly figures out how to disable numerous machines once she deduces that they power other machines, a concept that a shark shouldn't be able to comprehend in and of itself, let alone be able to track down which thinks are connected to what so she could release and kill MOLOCH. I'd even go as far as to say that she's either Above Average or straight up Gifted as she's shown later on being able to fight and kill MOLOCH and its three resurrected summons simultaneously, all of which are as strong or stronger than her while having vastly different and unique abilities of their own.
