Master hand is gonna take the speed regardless to it being equal as having time hacks. As well can summon Several say Captain falcons to attack on his command

But Buggler is So Much more powerful, that I think it becomes nearly irrelevant. Several hundreds of CF probably ain't gonna do much to someone who took 8 Low Multiversals fusing together.

Buggler just needs one attack. and considering Master Hand is sometimes made to be a bit cocky, I think Buggler will take it more times than he loses
