I would say the spider via having more lethal venom, and the bee sting affects you depending on if you're allergic to it or not.

Also (NECRO), wouldn't the spider be in a totally bigger weight class, like Tarantula sized, Bird Eating Spider, and would be able to use it's web like the ogre spider and capture the bee before eating it, it's webs would be as strong as the Bark spider's web, which is massively above average Spider Silk, if a normal one wasn't good enough already, and would be able to pouce and catch it mid air via multiple spider genes.
