Is Rook as skilled as bond or is he just comparable strength wise.

Alright so someone who fought Batman vs someone who fought Bond.

Gonna have to give this to the Bond fighter though considering I don't think Bane ever shows any super good skill in this form.

Bane's apparently been trained under Ra's al Ghul, who's some sort of ancient super mercenary, and Bane himself is comparable to Batman himself, who can take out hordes of enemies via sheer combative skills as seen in the Dark Knight.
