You should check your Messages/Notifications on Imgur or your Email. When this happens, (you see it but no one else can), it's often because Imgur has taken it down in some capacity due to Copyright. I had this issue myself recently.

In fact, Basic-type Ki Manipulation Techniques are already accepted as having Light Manipulation. Given the only evidence of Cooler's blast intentionally blinding the opponent being Xenoverse 2's game mechanics, why should his attack be uniquely indexed here? To distract Goku, he does not need to photoflash him; simply obstructing his vision—which a large mass of concentrated, yellow energy is fully capable of—is enough, and you do not get a Resistance feat for ignoring a visual obstruction.

My bad, I followed this thread early on, forgot about it, returned, and read the new arguments without rechecking OP.
This is indexing him being able to directly reflect light with his bald head, which he even demonstrated combat use.
Yeah, it's fine, it just seems strange to mention that when the Taiyo-Ken is better.
