breaking steel and exploding a wagon

So, what is the tier of someone able to break high quality steel? More specifically, "crumpled it like paper".

And a explosion able to turn an entire wagon (somewhat high quality materials as well, if it changes anything) into only a few large pieces remaining?

Both would require a Calc and more context. There are a lot- i mean a lot- of factors that could change either. How big was The persons Hand doing it? How dense is the Steel? How much Steel was there? How large was the Wagon and/or Explosion? How big were the pieces remaining? Was there anything left in the Wagon?

Here, the first one is the one with the steel feat. As for the steel density, no idea, the amount is probably human sized. Also, Skud does not have an official size yet, but he is probably around 1,80 due to having a big model in game.

Well, here is the comic where the wagon explodes, the guy with two swords is around 1,72 if the SAO wiki got Kirito's height right (yes, his size is canonically the same as Kirito's (he is Kirito as well, in a skin))

Btw, i know the standards to giving tiers via size have changed, but there is one method that is still allowed, right?
