i believe the lightning has only been shown to reduce the travel speed of Karts and the movement speed of the cast in Power Tennis

The boo biscuit is also temporary and as for absorption, Bowser has to suck you in and eat you. I don't think he can do that to someone as big as Superman who can simply fly away

He only uses that one time in Mario Party and that was because he was holding onto a magic wand. Its listed on his profile but not under optional equipment for some reason, but even if he did have it here he's more likely to use some other abilities. He has used transmutation multiple times outside of fights, but its pretty much never used in a 1v1 like this

That is a myth made up by powerscalers. Bloodlust just means you actually really want to kill your opponent. We've seen a "bloodlusted" Bowser very often and he doesn't spam hax like those. I think Bowser does start using more "hax" when he's angry and serious but would he be willing to use a hax that could grant him a victory? I doubt it because I feel like Superman can counter everything in his arsenal- you don't always need hax resistance or better hax to counter abilities

You can still reduce speed in speed equal matchups. Ima be real, both characters being bloodlusted only helps Superman more

The OP doesn't say he has that item. If he had all optional equipment on him at the same time, it would be hard to say if he would start the fight by attempting to erase his foe, since he has many other things in his arsenal and might opt to use those instead. If he remembers he has the dream stone then yeah he might pull it out and attempt to erase Superman, but again, why would this grant him a victory? Superman wouldn't even need resistance to existence erasure to counter it. If Bowser announces that he's gonna erase Superman, I feel like Clark would just fly full speed and Superman punch him to death. Or heat vision the stone
